DBS stands for Dignity, Belonging and Sufficiency. Our hope for you is that you leave this practice standing in your dignity, feeling that you belong to yourself and that you are sufficient just the way you are.

About Lakshmi Ramaseshan:
Lakshmi is an avid practitioner of mindfulness, and founding member of HitRefresh. As a steward and frequent facilitator, she leads sessions focused on self-love, grounding and gratitude. Her passion and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the transformative practices offered by HitRefresh.
Professionally, Lakshmi is an Enterprise Transformation Coach at Paciolan, where she guides individuals, teams and organizations on their high performance journey. Recently Lakshmi’s focus has been to bring “Balance” into her life and to develop FLOW in her day to day. As she starts to understand what it takes to apply agility to her life, she develops more empathy and finds new ways of helping teams understand the value of FLOW and Sustainable Pace.
