About the event

In this uplifting #HitRefresh session, Joanne Stone will guide us through the joyful practice of Laughing Meditation—a lighthearted yet powerful way to relieve stress, elevate mood, and reconnect with the people around us.


When we take time to laugh with others, we create space for lightness, creativity, and authentic connection. Laughter helps us reset our nervous systems and open the door to presence and play.

About Joanne Stone:

Joanne Stone is a joy-spreader, movement builder, and seasoned Agile coach who brings heart, laughter, and purpose to everything she does.


She is the founder of Wicked Agility and the Toronto Agile Mentorship Program, and leads the Agilists4Sustainability movement through We Hope Magazine and the Agilists4Planet Conference—supporting leaders and communities in turning hope into meaningful action.


Joanne also created the Sustainability Incubator Program (SIP), a global design sprint based program that empowers local changemakers create change through collaborative innovation.


When she’s not helping teams untangle complexity or drive change, she generously shares her practice of laughing meditation—and her truly contagious laugh—as a beloved facilitator in the HitRefresh community.
